Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Local Delivery (Selected Areas): 2-5 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide, but customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions
Some locations may have restrictions or longer delivery times due to logistical challenges. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, we may not currently ship there.

Undeliverable Packages

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.

Change of Shipping Address
Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to update your details.

Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos, tracking details). We’ll assist with replacements or refunds where applicable.
